Here Today, Gone "To-Mali"
As we prepare to leave tomorrow, we are so overwhelmed and grateful for all those who have reached out to let us know you are praying for us. We depart tomorrow at 1:05 pm with our carry ons and 13 checked bags in tow! We look forward to experiencing all that the Lord has planned. May His glory be revealed in Mali and in us!

Received a text from Cori that the team is doing well - just departing from France to Mali and hoping to get some rest on the plane during this 5 hour leg.

ReplyDeleteHi all. Nicki does not have Internet access where the girls are staying. She will tomorrow. We had a great trip. Perfect flights, landed 24 hours in Mali after leaving LAX. Amazing sights and smells. Today, we visited the school where John and Julie Clark teach. We will be asking some of YOU to consider teaching here. They need teachers. Tonight the girls are making final plans for the women's retreat which begins tomorrow. It'll be fantastic! This is the largest one they've ever had and the organizing team is excited we are here. We are all being treated like royalty by our missionary hosts. Thanks for all your prayers. Hopefully Nicki will give more details tomorrow.
